1、 Introduction and Organizational Structure of Quality Assurance System Personnel At present, the total number of personnel in the company's quality system is 12, with an average age of 35 years old. 90% of the total number have a college education or above (including college education), engaged in various professional work such as pressure vessel design, process, materials, welding, physics and chemistry, inspection, non-destructive testing, equipment, manufacturing management, etc. In order to facilitate the systematic management of this massive organization, the chairman fully authorizes the quality assurance engineer as the representative of the company's management, specifically organizing and leading the quality system. At the same time, the quality system personnel are divided into one department, two rooms, and one office for business preparation (i.e. quality assurance office, process room, quality inspection department, non-destructive testing room). The Quality Assurance Office is the central organization of the company's quality system, with higher authority than other departments in handling quality issues. It has clear responsibilities and organizational independence in quality management such as planning, control, assurance, coordination, verification, review, and improvement; The Technical Department is the main technical department of the company, composed of personnel in the quality system, including design, process, welding, and standardization; The Quality Inspection Department is the quality management department of the company, consisting of personnel from materials, physics and chemistry, metrology, quality inspection, etc; The non-destructive testing room is a professional quality inspection department of the company, composed of various levels of non-destructive testing personnel. In each department, there is a minister who leads the overall work of each department, but also accepts the leadership of the chief quality engineer.
